Bashundhara Industrial Complex Ltd was established in the year 2000 as part of cement
manufacturing activities of the Bashundhara Group. Bashundhara Industrial Complex Ltd is the
second independent cement manufacturing unit of the Bashundhara Group and awarded ISO
9001: 2008 certification for its quality management system. It operates a clinker grinding plant
having a production capacity of 0.5 million metric tons a year. The volume of cement production
by the Bashundhara Group enterprises reached the highest level with commissioning of this
plant. The Bashundhara Industrial Complex Ltd cement goes to consumers by the same
distribution channel of the Meghna Cement Mills Ltd.
