Our manufacturing range includes all types of 50 kg, 40 kg and 25 kg cement sacks with standard valve and up to 4-color printing. The choice of construction ranges from all paper sacks from 2 to 5 plies and combination sacks with one layer of loose or laminated HDPE polygram along with up to maximum 4 plies of paper for protection against moisture.

Paper sacks are :
  Environmental friendly : Paper is bio-degradable & re-cycled
  Adulteration proof- : A stitched bag can be opened easily form the knot & sewn with portable sewing machine. A pasted bag when cut open is not re-usable anymore.
  Pilfer proof- : No loss of cement during transportation unlike unlamented woven sacks
  Strength- : A pasted sack is stronger than a sewn sack. Most of the sewn bags, be it paper or HDPE fails from the stitch line when subjected to rough handling.
  Floor space- : A pasted sack takes a rectangular brick shape after filling whereas a stitched bag takes pillow shape; therefore pasted paper bags can be stacked to a much higher height than stitched bags. Saving in storage & transportation space.
  Aesthetics- : A pasted paper sack can be printed on all 6 sides with better printability.
  Moisture Barrier- : Pasted paper sacks can be provided with a HDPE intermediate liner for protection against outside moisture during rainy season.
